The Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the fourth (4th) Tuesday of every month beginning at 6:00 p.m. and are held at the Pacific Island Village III Clubhouse, 31110 Flying Cloud Drive in Laguna Niguel, California. The agenda will be posted 4 days prior to the meeting at the bulletin board in the Clubhouse.

• Executive Session starts at 7:00 p.m.
• General Session starts at 6:00 p.m.

The Annual Meeting is held in December of each year.
