The May Board meeting has been rescheduled to meet on the 23rd instead of the 22nd of May. Please contact your Property Manager if you have any questions about this date change.

The Board of Directors meetings are normally held on the fourth (4th) Tuesday of every month beginning at 6:00 p.m. and are held at the Pacific Island Village III Clubhouse, 31110 Flying Cloud Drive in Laguna Niguel, California. The agenda will be posted 4 days prior to the meeting at the bulletin board in the Clubhouse.

  • Executive Session starts at 7:00 p.m.
  • General Session starts at 6:00 p.m.

The Annual Meeting is held in December of each year.
